Poggio Leano Winery complies with all federal, state and local laws regarding sale of alcohol to minors. You must be 21 years of age or older to order wine from us, and by law you must ship the wine to a place where adult signature (21 years old or older with proper identification of age) will receive it. If no one is available to receive the package, additional attempts to deliver will be made. If these attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the shipping department it originated from. Poggio Leano is not responsible for returned shipments. The return of the wine as well as re-shipment will be at the member's expense.

All orders are shipped via the best possible manner depending on your location. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

Sign up for UPS MyChoice to manage your home deliveries. Please track your package with the tracking number we email you, and share the tracking if it is a gift being sent directly to the recipient.

We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Due to international shipping restrictions, we do not ship to locations abroad.
