We took something away because the wine didn’t need it. Nothing to Hide. Nothing Extra.
This year, you may notice something different about your newer vintage bottles: the capsule.
We made a deliberate choice to leave it off. The capsule has long been part of the traditional wine bottle, but at the end of the day, it doesn't make the wine better. It doesn't improve the aging of the wine, and it doesn't add anything to what's happening inside the bottle.
So we decided to strip away one more layer and let the wine speak for itself.
Less packaging. Less waste.
More of the bottle you actually came for.
You can see the cork, see the bottle, and see exactly what we're putting in your hands. It's a small change, but it's part of a bigger philosophy: when you've put the work into making a wine we're proud of, there's no need to dress it up. What's inside is what matters.
